In August we had to have one of our gorgeous cats put to sleep as she had cancer. Charlotte the vet was wonderful, gentle and calm. Afterwards the staff were so compassionate and kind. Thank you so much. And they sent a condolence card after which was very gratefully received.
Have used Kynoch over 3 decades now.We have recently had a cat (pixie) cared for with quite serious liver damage which we eventually had to euthanize. The cat was very much part of the Family and the vets at Kynoch in Crowthorne treated Pixie with complete dignity and helped us make the correct decision before things became unbearable for the the cat.They spent over an hour talking and explaining and consoling us after she passed away. I cannot fault the compassion and professionalism of the team.First class Team!I wont go anywhere else.
Takes good care of our dog, also has a plan for annual vaccinations, flea treatment etc. which is good value for money
