Great shopping experience and fabulous customer service. Our sales assistant was very patient, kind and sweet with my daughter who is a little cheeky. Best customer service I have experienced in a while so highly recommend going to Newmans for school shoe shopping!

The staff are lovely. Always very helpful and greet you with a smile. Newmans has a good selection of shoes and if they don't have it, they'll get it in for you. Nothing is too much bother for them. I first went there (having been recommended by a friend) over 20 years ago. My son had wide feet and high arches and Newmans in Crowthorne were the only place I was able to get his shoes from. Forward all those years, and nothing had changed. The same lovely, helpful staff and the same great service. Well done to you all.
