The overall experience with Romans was excellent. Initially we were apprehensive about engaging with Roman's. A number of years ago our neighbors sold their house through Romans and they often complained about the lack of communication and strong arm techniques. When I first met James during the process to select and agent, I shared these concerns. James assured me that this was the "old" Romans and things were quite different now. I am happy to say this is very true. All of our dealings with Romans, James & his team have been excellent. They have been responsive, curious and seem to have a genuine desire not just to sell our house but to also keep in mind the things that are important to us. It took just over 2 weeks to sell our house. It was always left tidy after viewings and open houses. And Jame's advice on price and selling strategy turned out to be invaluable.
