The best pub in the village. A great selection of booze. An outstanding gin collection. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food served lunchtimes in the week. Sports on the tv. Live music on a Saturday night.
Having been away from Crowthorne for 15 years I must be showing my age, as the crow is now by far and away my pub of choice in the area albeit out of only two left standing now.The beer is always good, as is the wine, the atmosphere it's devoid of the loud shouting youth and I can hear conversations on an evening or weekend.The garden is an improvement on what it used to be and it all just feels homely, obviously the clientele are different from the prince but in a good way, no pretensions here, just good friendly honest people, and a dog.Live sports and poker night too. Wish it was like this when I was younger.
